Vestibular Migraine (VM) episodes characterized by dizziness, positional vertigo, nausea, imbalance, visual changes, and possibly vomiting or diarrhea. Vestibular migraine is the great mimicker of other causes of dizziness, vertigo, and balance problems. Symptoms will usually be worsened with exposure to lights (photophobia) and sounds (phonophobia) during a migraine episode.
