Also known as “canalith repositioning treatment” (CRT) or “canalith repositioning maneuver” (CRM). It is a BPPV treatment technique where the clinician moves the patient’s head through space using the pull of gravity to move the otoconia through the semi-circular canal back to the utricle. There are many published CRTs which represent modifications to the original CRP published by John Epley in 1992, the Epley maneuver.
